![]() One track's contents "sits on top of" the other track's, like layers in Photoshop. Sure! Video is one track, image is on another. When I scroll back to the signup page it says "There are errors below". Something must be screwed up because I put in the correct info, then confirmed "I'm not a robot", and then get a message to click on the link in the email they sent, but I'm not getting any emails. Heh heh, I'm kind of striking out all around today, I've signed up for the newsletter twice so far, but got no reply. Thanks James, yah, I found that out, deleting or removing a preset does not remove the envelope, I had to do that manually. So be sure to set your envelope mode appropriately (I recommend a per-track setting) and also delete any unused envelopes ("show all active" so you can see what's there). Then when you change Video Processor's presets, it sometimes leave behind those now unused envelopes (which you wouldn't expect) and you'll have to remove them otherwise they'll mess with your ability to adjust the parameters of the currently selected preset. The envelopes may be hidden from view by default, so you won't notice them in that case. ![]() If you had the envelopes enabled globally in "touch" mode (this is where I found this error or possibly bug), every time you adjust a parameter in a Video Processor preset it'll add an envelope (as you'd expect). Even with automation envelopes, I can see the knobs moving in the FX, but the image remains unchanged. Thanks James, I made those changes but it didn't seem to help. If you weren't using a transparent GIF/PNG and you were just trying to use the "track opacity/zoom/pan" preset, I haven't had any problems with that so far. I played around a bit and ended up with this as a solution: It seems to start off with the image zoomed to the video size for the project (be sure to check this in your project settings), and with the "filter" (to smooth it when resizing) off (0 instead of 1). If so: the image overlay preset is a bit weird. (If you add a GIF/PNG with transparency as normal on a track, without this preset it'll just force the transparent bits to be opaque.) Were you using the "image overlay" video processor preset? If so that's just meant for transparent GIF/PNG type files, so it can allow the transparent parts to actually be transparent. I couldn't get any of the controls to work. I got the image to show up but it was enlarged and right in the middle of the video. I was getting along pretty good yesterday until I put in an image. Maybe ask the questions and if I can help, I will. Sounds really interesting, I'll be checking that out for sure. ![]() Yeah, I noticed that in the FX and wondered what it was. Thanks can now have 360° videos in REAPER and make pan, tilt etc ^^ģ60º*video in Reaper? - Cockos Confederated Forums () John, from the Reaperblog (), did very well in putting up together few of them on this subject matter.Īah, I went looking for those yesterday but couldn't find them.
